Terms and Conditions

All prices quoted are correct at the time of publication.

All our products and offers are subject to availability and should any items not be available AJH Precision Engineering will endeavour to notify the purchaser as soon as possible. Available alternatives will be offered or estimated delivery dates on requested items will be given.

Colours shown may vary slightly. All products shown are for the original standard fittings of the bikes described, including the make, model and year of manufacture. AJH Precision Engineering do not accept responsibility for any products that do not fit due to the customisation of a bike unless it has been agreed between both parties prior to the sale and specific requirements being confirmed in writing by both parties. Bespoke products will be subject to agreement by both parties and full details of parts to be produced will be given in writing by AJH Precision Engineering to the purchasers and must then be accepted in writing by the purchaser. All products will then be manufactured to the agreed specification.

AJH Precision Engineering recommend that all parts are fitted by a qualified motorcycle technician and that receipts are kept for the work done as they would be needed should a warranty claim arise. Failure to provide this information would invalidate any warranty. If a client chooses to install his goods any faults arising through incorrect installation would invalidate any warranty and AJH Precision Engineering would not accept responsibility for any problems that occurred as a result.

Orders can be accepted by e-mail, telephone, web, fax or post and are subject to our terms and conditions of sale. All goods must be paid for in advance. AJH Precision Engineering reserve the right, in certain circumstances to withhold the despatch of goods until full payment has been made and cleared through a bank.

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. If a customer requires an additional postal service, other than the standard offered, the cost will be borne by the customer and will have to be included in the payment transaction.

All special and bespoke items are non-returnable. AJH Precision Engineering do not accept any responsibility for any items damaged during delivery. Any parts bought from AJH Precision Engineering which are deemed and confirmed as faulty will be exchanged. Any other products purchased wishing to be returned will have to be in the despatched condition and will be subject to a 20% handling and re-stocking fee and will not include any carriage or delivery charges which are strictly not refundable. All faulty items must be notified within 14 days all other items must be notified within seven days. All products must be signed for on receipt of delivery.

All items on this website are exclusive to AJH Precision Engineering and are subject to copyright; therefore no part can be reproduced without prior written permission from AJH Precision Engineering.

Acceptance of all goods is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
